Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that we do not ship orders on the same day they are placed. Allow up to 3 business days for order processing.

Delivery Guarantee and Refunds:

Contact us if your parcel doesn't arrive after the estimated delivery time. We offer refunds or discounts for late deliveries.
Refunds are guaranteed for deliveries taking more than 45 days, except for conditions beyond our control, such as wrong address, recipient unavailable, postal strike, and force majeure. Reach out to us, and we'll issue a refund accordingly.

Shipping Delays:

Shipping delays may occur during holidays like Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. We are working diligently to expedite your orders. Note that tracking information may take up to 5-7 business days to update after receiving your tracking number.

NOTE: If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.

Tracking Your Order:

Once payment is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation indicating your order has been processed (within 3 business days). A second confirmation email will be sent once your order ships, containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 5-7 business days for tracking information to appear. Track your package here.

In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. This could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn't updated on the app. In such cases, if you're still unable to locate your item, contact us at support@eshopty.com and we'll assist you to resolve the issues at our earliest.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at support@eshopty.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address. If the order is lost due to the incorrect shipping information that the customer has provided, then the customer will have two (2) options:

  • We can re-ship another product to the customer, and they will be responsible for processing fees ($4.99USD) for the new order.
  • We can refund the customer for the value of the order minus the processing fees ($4.99USD).


Order Modification Disclaimer:

Verify product details during order placement. Contact us within 24 hours for order modifications. While we'll make every effort to accommodate changes, adjustments may not always be possible after the order is processed. If necessary, return options are available upon receipt of the order.

About tax:

Imported goods/services may be subject to taxes and are governed by country laws. eShopty is not responsible for any tax invoices charged for its products. Please contact your local customs office for details and information.
