Refund & Return Policy

At eShopty, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if something doesn’t go as planned, we are here to help resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Please notify us for a seamless return process via email at support@eshopty.com

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
  • Please contact our customer service at support@eshopty.com to arrange a return within this period.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be made in the original packaging, with all accessories included.
  • The product must be returned unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Ensure the product is well-packaged to avoid damage during transit. If the product or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund to reflect the loss in value.
  • For only defective, wrong, or damaged products, we will provide a prepaid return label, and you won’t be charged for return shipping.

Return Method

  1. Contact us at support@eshopty.com to request a return, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.
  2. In some cases, returns may need to be sent to our warehouse in China. Please note:
    • Return shipping costs to China are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
    • Shipping costs from China can be high, so we recommend ensuring that the product you wish to purchase meets your expectations before placing an order.
  3. Once you receive the return address, pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transit and use a trackable shipping method so you can monitor delivery.
  4. After the product arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund.
    • Depending on your bank’s processing times, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Home Delivery Refusal or Uncollected Parcels

If you refuse a parcel at delivery or fail to collect it from the post office, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct a fee of $15 from your refund to cover return and re-shipping costs.

 

Lost or Undeliverable Shipments

  • If your order hasn’t arrived and it’s been more than 3 business days past the expected delivery date, contact us at support@eshopty.com. We will investigate with the courier, and if the shipment is confirmed lost after 5 business days of investigation, you will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement—whichever you prefer.
  • For undeliverable parcels due to incorrect address or refusal at delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged.

 

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the U.S., additional customs duties or import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be paid upon delivery.

 

Cancelling an order

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours if it hasn’t shipped. Contact us at support@eshopty.com immediately.
  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return it following our Return Policy.
  • Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3-5 business days and issued back to your original payment method.
