Refund Policy

At eShopty, we aim to provide quality digital services. However, due to the nature of our services (custom setup, configuration, and activation support), we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible Refunds:
You have not yet received support or activation assistance
You cancel your booking within 2 hours of placing your order
A technical issue on our end prevents service delivery
Non-Refundable:
Once the service session has started or been completed
If the issue is due to incompatible or incorrect software provided by the client
Requesting a Refund:
Contact us at support@eshopty.com with your order number. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
