Refund Policy

At eShopty we provide digital services related to business software onboarding and activation assistance. We may provide software licenses with services on this website. All engagements on eShopty are billed as services performed by our team.

What You’re Purchasing

  • Basic Business Software Setup — Quick, guided setup for a single software tool.

  • Advanced Digital Onboarding Service — Includes activation, configuration, and remote support.

  • Enterprise Software Launch Support — Multi-device setup for advanced business tools (e.g., two-user environments).

As part of these services, our technicians may provision, relay, or assist with activating license credentials (such as License Number, Product Number, Validation Code), provide official download links, and deliver step-by-step activation instructions. These credentials are issued solely as a component of the service and are not a separately sold product on eShopty.


Refund Eligibility

We strive to be fair and clear. Refunds are available only in the situations below:

  1. Service Not Started
    You cancel within 2 hours of placing the order and our team has not begun the service.
    (“Service start” is defined below.)

  2. Non-Delivery Caused by Us
    A verified technical issue on our end prevents us from delivering the service (e.g., we fail to provide activation assistance or access instructions after you’ve responded to our requests within reasonable time).

  3. Duplicate Payment
    You were accidentally charged twice for the same service order.

If one of the above applies, we will refund to the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Situations

Because our work results in irreversible delivery of sensitive credentials and knowledge, the following are not eligible for refund:

  • After Service Start
    Once any of the following occurs, the service is considered started and becomes non-refundable:

    • We send or display any license credentials (License Number, Product Number, Validation Code).

    • We provide official download links or step-by-step activation instructions tailored to your order.

    • A technician begins remote or chat-based activation assistance (including first connection attempt or first guided step).

  • After License Credentials Are Issued
    All digital license services are final. Once credentials are issued or shown to you, they cannot be returned, revoked, or resold; therefore, no refunds are available.

  • Client-Side Incompatibility or Misconfiguration
    Issues caused by your device, operating system, prior installations, network restrictions, security policies, or incompatible versions not aligned with our documented requirements.

  • Change of Mind or No Longer Needed
    Deciding not to proceed after service start, or preferring a different edition/plan than previously requested.


What Counts as “Service Start”

For clarity, Service Start happens at the earliest of:

  • Delivery (display or transmission) of any license credentials tied to your service; or

  • Delivery of official download links and step-by-step activation instructions specific to your order; or

  • The first technician action to perform onboarding (including remote session initiation, guided chat steps, or customized configuration notes).


Our Support Commitment

If you encounter activation issues, we will provide technical assistance to complete the onboarding according to your service scope. Please respond promptly to help us troubleshoot (e.g., screenshots, error codes, environment details).


Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first at support@eshopty.com so we can investigate and resolve any issue quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks for services already started or for credentials already issued may be contested with delivery logs, timestamps, technician notes, and communication records.


How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

Email support@eshopty.com with:

  • Order number and the email used at checkout

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

We typically review and respond within 12 hours.


Examples (For Clarity)

  • Refundable: You placed an order and canceled within 2 hours before we sent credentials, instructions, or started support.

  • Not Refundable: We sent license credentials or began activation steps, but you later decided not to proceed.

  • Refundable: You were charged twice for the same order.

  • Not Refundable: Your environment blocks installation due to your company’s security policy; the service already started.


Your Acknowledgment

By placing an order on eShopty, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital services, not physical goods, and that once the service starts or credentials are issued, the order is non-refundable. This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
